A venetian blind is a prime slatted blind manufactured from plastic or metal material. Its slats are horizontal in shape with each over another. It is also composed of wooden slats, especially in the United States, where it is termed as bamboo blind or wooden blind. The venetian blinds are hanged via cords or cloth's strip (such as tape) in order to allow the rotation of every slat in unison at around 180 degrees. The rotation of slats takes place in a way that the overlapping is observed having one-side faced inward, and later, the overlapping is observed in opposing way having other-side faced inward. Among such extremes, the different degree levels of isolation could be impacted among the slats due to change of rotational direction. Some lifts cords pass by the slots within every present slat. Upon pulling such cords, the base of blind turns upside affecting the lowest-slat to push the base of highest-slat. The modern variations of lifting cord joints it with that of rotating cord within the slot over two edges of every slat. Thus, the operating process continues in a systemic way. The slat width is around 16mm to 120mm width as compared to the general slat width having 25mm.
